Returning Items

You can return goods purchased on the PUMA online shop within 45 days from delivery, provided the goods are complete, unused, and undamaged. Please understand Innerwear/Bodywear/Swimwear will not be eligible for returns

How do I return?

  1. A. Visit the website. Under Quick links section, Click on “Initiate Return”. You will be re-directed to our partner’s website (Globale)
    B. Contact [email protected]

  2. Please enter your Order ID and Email ID and click on “Next”
  3. Enter the Quantity to be returned along with appropriate Return reason, then click on “Next”
  4. You are provided with 2 modes of return
    1. Express Prepaid return with DHL – Depending on the country from which you are returning your parcel, there is a returns fee charged. You are not required to pay the return fees separately, this shall be deducted from your refund amount
    2. Standard Return – If you choose this option, you can return the parcel with a shipper of your choice, at your expense. We recommend Option A to avoid any hassles

You can select any of these options, read and agree to the Disclaimer and then click on “Next”

  1. Return Label shall get downloaded automatically and shall be sent via E-mail
  2. Please use the Return label, read the instructions to proceed with the return further
  3. You will have to print this label and schedule a return on DHL website as per the instructions provided in the return label
  4. DHL shall pickup the product from you at your doorstep once you have scheduled your return successfully

You may be charged return fees depending on your country.             These are subsidized prices and Puma bears partial cost of the returns

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanging products is due to technical reasons not possible.
Please place a new order in the PUMA Online Shop.
Socks, underwear and swimwear are not returnable.

Refund Policy

It can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to arrive back at our warehouse. Refund is usually completed within 14 working days after receiving and conducting the quality check of your returned package.

  • Paying by credit card/debit card:
    The value of the returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card account.
     
  • Paying with PayPal
    The amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
      

Items Purchased from Stores

All items purchased from stores need to be returned in the store where the purchase was made.

Trying the Items on

The merchandise may not show signs of wear. Please ensure that when trying shoes on, you only walk on a carpet or other dirt-free surface. In the event of the merchandise showing wear, compensation may be demanded.
